Creosote Affects Secures Eight Educational Advertising Awards

Creosote Affects earned eight awards from the Educational Advertising Awards for 2021. Each piece submitted is reviewed and evaluated by a national panel of industry specialists, which awards Best of Show, Gold, Silver, Bronze and Merit awards based on creativity, marketing execution and message impact.
The Educational Advertising Awards presented Creosote with five Golds, two Silvers and one Bronze award. Creosote received a Gold award in the Student Viewbook category for its work with Delbarton School on an admissions viewbook.
Landon School: Admissions Campaign
For its collaboration with Landon School, Creosote was awarded Gold in the Total Recruitment Package category. Informed from a full brand discovery, Creosote strategized a comprehensive admissions campaign and supplied admissions collateral, direct mail, paid social media, photography and video, and website support to aid in the effort.
Loyola School: Admissions Brochure
Creosote’s work on Loyola School’s admissions brochure received recognition as well, securing the Gold award in the Brochure category.
Old Trail School: Admissions Campaign and magazine
Creosote’s continued partnership with Old Trail School yielded a Gold award in the Publication/External category and a Silver award in the Total Advertising Campaign category. Creosote helped Old Trail spotlight their strengths with a magazine for alumni, family and friends, and engage new audiences with an admissions campaign.
Pomfret School: Social Media Ads
In the Digital Video Ad-Less than 2 minutes category, Creosote earned the Gold award for Pomfret School’s “Voices Carry” digital advertisement. Creosote built on Pomfret’s existing brand messaging to better reach target audiences and add depth to the school’s branding.
The Lawrenceville School: Campaign Video
Creosote also received the Silver and Bronze awards in the Special Video category for The Lawrenceville School’s campaign video and The Avery Coonley School’s animated video, respectively.
