Marietta College
Creosote’s branding work with Marietta College has created a buzz within higher ed marketing – winning multiple awards in 2018 for a brand video and print viewbook. The following year, Creosote and Marietta won three more awards for their work on two admissions brochure and another video. Specifically, the collaboration gained national recognition in the form of a gold award for a student life brochure, titled, “Find Adventure.”
Experts note the authenticity and creativity of the “Bring Forth a Pioneer” theme and the execution of an array of brand assets, such as this unique student brochure, printed on Domtar paper. Most importantly, Marietta’s refreshed brand has produced tangible gains in enrollment and budget flexibility, as detailed by The Marietta Times, and intangible increases in campus excitement.
Stockton University
In 2018, Creosote delivered a one-of-a-kind interactive viewbook for Stockton University to share with prospective students. The online viewbook offered a completely personalized look at Stockton from the perspective of the visitor. It was this combination of creative design and innovative functionality that led to Stockton and Creosote winning a Silver award from the Educational Advertising Awards.
Shore Country Day School
Creosote executed fundraising materials for Shore Country Day School during their 75th anniversary year. As part of the project, Creosote Affects created a new anniversary logo, which won an award from Graphic Design USA, to generate excitement among Shore constituents.
gallaudet university
Creosote collaborated with Gallaudet University, the only university for deaf and hard-of-hearing students in the world, on a branding refresh that resulted in a website redesign, video production – and even consultation on the design of a new visitors center. Needless to say, the project sparked excitement at Gallaudet and within D.C.
AISAP
Creosote maintains a strong partnership with the Association of Independent School Admissions Professionals.
